How do I get an apprenticeship at Lucas TCS?
Sometimes we advertise for apprentices on Seek. Other times students have completed work experience with us which has then led to an apprenticeship when they finish school. We also provide opportunities for existing employees to step into an apprenticeship and continue their employment with Lucas TCS.
Will I need to complete a pre-employment medical?
Yes, for most of our roles you will need to complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening. The type of pre-employment medical will depend on the role you are applying for.
What kind of jobs are available?

Are Lucas TCS employees covered by an Enterprise Agreement?
Employees who work in the following classifications are covered by our Enterprise Agreement; General labours, concrete workers, plant operators, drillers and shotfirers, crushing and screening plant operators, road transport operators, trades persons and support technicians.
Are all jobs FIFO/DIDO?
We have a range of projects across Australia. This means a vast number our employees are FIFO or DIDO. We do also have metropolitan projects at times and hire locally across Australia where we can.
