The Lucas TCS Darlington Head Office is the main base of operations for corporate offices and our plant and equipment maintenance operations. The facilities include three storey corporate offices, 4300m² undercover maintenance facility which includes a custom-built paint shed, over 27,000m² laydown yard and several additional ancillary office and support buildings.
Our in-house maintenance team performs minor and major servicing, component change outs and custom plant fabrication and modification. The maintenance team based at this facility includes Diesel Fitters, Boiler makers, Crushing Machinery Fitters, Purchase Officers, Yards Men, Trades assistants, Electricians, Apprentices, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Administration personnel. The number of maintenance personnel based at this site fluctuates between 40 – 70 personnel depending on the number of remote workshops established on regional projects.

The Lacey Street, Whyalla Branch is a major facility for administration and maintenance servicing Whyalla, the Upper Spencer Gulf, and the north, west and east regions of South Australia.
The facility provides support to a range of project types in this region including mining, mine infrastructure, civil construction and crushing services.
The branch facilitates employment for approximately 50 people locally from the region either based at the facility or servicing nearby projects from the facility base.
